Music Services such as Radio Paradise do not allow you to select the previous track 
. Some other services such as TuneIn do not allow you to select both the next track 
or previous track . This is not an issue with the touchpad or BluOS App. The selected music services do not allow track skipping by default.
In such cases, the next track/previous track icons in the BluOS Controller App and the physical buttons <</>> of the players are also disabled.
Note
- The Bluesound PULSE SOUNDBAR - Gen1 & 2i models do not have a built-in touchpad. Please use the BluOS Controller App or a Programmed Remote to control.
