My network/power went out during the upgrade. Is it safe to reboot the Player?




A power outage or networking issue has dropped your Bluesound Player from the network while your Player was attempting to upgrade the BluOS firmware.


Before any update, the Bluesound Player sets a flag-point to fall back to in case of networking issues including wireless strength, network dropouts or power outages.

If any outage occurs during an upgrade, reboot your player by unplugging it, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. The Player will reboot in Upgrade Mode and should resume the upgrade after being returned to your network.
