Alexa or Google Assistant Integration on Bluos

I am trying to control my NAD C700 (Bluos 3.20.25) via Alexa or Google Assistant.

I have followed the exact procedure for both of them with no success.

As for Alexa, I also bypassed a country limitation that avoided installing the Bluos skill from an Italian account, however it still doesn't work.

Should I assume that the Alexa / Google Assistant feature does not work in Italy/Europe (even with english language) or am I making some mistake?

  As for the Google Assistant - Google has decided to stop supporting this. BluOS will not be operational with Google Assistant if Google Assistant will be discontinued.

  Ce n'est toujours pas valide?

  Le skill n'est toujours pas disponible pour l'Europe (Belgique). Il sera prêt quand? 

  J'ai tenté de le télécharger via le Canada, mais cela ne fonctionne pas
