Issues with the volume running mad NAD m10 v2

Hi!

I just bought a NAD m10 v2 amplifier. Connected it to my LG Oled TV through the Hdmi earc. Then Hdmi between the TV and my Apple TV. When I use the remote to the amp or the remote to the Apple TV the volume runs bananas. It runs from 0 to 100 % if I touch the volume bar + button lightly once. And the moves a little as if it has a life on it's own. If I push the - button it dives down to zero. Almost destroyed both my ears and my loudspeakers. Now I don't dare to connect the loudspeakers to the amp. 

Anybody experienced this or have an idea what I should do??
