Please try back again periodically as it does take time to replicate through all servers. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi Max

Please fully uninstall the BluOS App. Once uninstalled, please delete the folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\BluOS Controller (where %Username% is your Windows Profile Name). Reboot your PC. Then install a new fresh version of the BluOS App from www.bluesound.com/downloads and try again.

If the problem persists, please email us at support@bluesound.com so our Support Crew can review your findings with our Quality Assurance Team.

    Hi Tony W.

Unfortunately uninstall/new install of Windows BluOS Controller 3.20.2 (and deleting the mentioned folder) didn't help. Library/Genres/Show all (Albums) doesn't work. Everything is fine on my Android devices.

Library Genres > Show All is not longer working in BluOS-Controller-3.20.2 running on my MacOS Venture 13.1. Wasn't working prior OS update as well. I've got my windows pc running on a BluOS Controller 3.18.04 and viewing all albums by genre works just fine and I'm now hesitant to update it further as the later releases created issues with deleting and or mapping new drives and now the viewing of all albums when you select a genre. My iOS app seems to be OK and it allows me to perform this function, thankfully.

I installed latest Windows BluOS Controller 3.20.3 (and deleting folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\BluOS Controller), but the error is still there.

Library/Genres/Show all (Albums) is still not working, no change for several versions :-(

Can somone from Bluesound confirm this will work with the new 4.0 software and that it wont be fixed in the 3.20 software?

Will this ever be fixed at all?
We are waiting for almost half a year now.
