Amazon Music Artists, Albums, Songs lists limited to 100 in Windows 10 app
BeantwortetSince the upgrade to v3.20.0 on my Windows 10 BluOS app, when I go to my Amazon Music -> My Music -> Artists, my list is now limited to the first 100 artists. I scroll down and the rest of my artists don't load up when I reach the bottom of the list. The same goes for Songs and Albums. All folders are limited to the first 100. Although the integration of Amazon Music in the BluOS app is a pain in the a**, I at least used to be able to see all my Artists. Now I have to manually search for a specific artist, album or song if it's not in the first 100 of my truncated lists. I can access all my Artists, Albums and Songs via the BluOS app on my Android phone. But I use the BluOS app on my PC most of the time.

I'm having the same issue 3.20.0 on a mac.

I did a factory reset on the node, uninstalled the BluOS desktop app twice, unsintalled the Amazon Music desktop app as well with re-install but the issue is still there.
One thing I noticed and I'm not sure if this is normal or not, when I uninstalled the BluOS from the Windows app manager, I'm not sure all the files are entirely removed from my system. After I've reinstalled the desktop app, when I opened the BluOS app, Amazon Music and Spotify along with some radios I've added to my Music Services list were still there. I'm under the impression the reinstall was not a clean install from scratch. Is it possible my preferences files are not removed by the uninstall process? I'm looking for a way to start from scratch since everything worked fine when I bought my node only a few weeks ago.

As mentioned we are investigating a possible issue in the latest version of the App and hope to resolve it very soon - uninstalling and reinstalling nor factory resetting will resolve an issue if it is App related - thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi all,
Just a quick update regarding this bug. I recently resubscribed to Amazon Music and have decided to give the Node (2021) a new try. I've upgraded my Windows 10 BluOS desktop app to the latest version (4.2 I think it is) and I can confirm I can now see all my tracks, all my albums, all my artists in My Music library. I am no longer limited to the first 100 titles in each category. This is really greats news as I almost had given up on the Node.
A big thank you to all the Bluesound team.
Best Regards -

I just recently upgraded from the Node2i to the Node. The Amazon bug (first 100 items only) caused considerable frustration. I spent 3-4 hours discussing with Amazon soon after Amazon HD was released. My workaround was to edit my playlist with a numeric 2 digit code from 1-99. I selected my favorite artists to make the numeric list (numbers sort before alpha characters) so they would appear on the playlist using the Node 2i. I also have Tidal and Qobuz, which I liked much better, especially on mobile devices. I cancelled my Amazon HD subscription a few months ago, mostly due to no fix for the 100 playlist limit. Glad to see that the Node may have fixed the issue.
