TIDAL CONNECT: My Bluesound Node 2i is not appearing on the sound output list
BeantwortetI know i am not the one who the issue. Please do something on this.
I am on android 12 then updated to 13 and still the same. It works before on android 12 but recently(last week) node 2i disappears on the list and I cannot find it.
Sometimes it will pop up but if I connect, it shows connected but no sound is playing?

Hi Epol,
Please try these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
1. Perform a network reboot.
2. Rename Bluesound player from the BluOS app.
3. Try re-installing the Tidal app.
If issue persists, please send support request using the BluOS app. Then we can diagnose the issue.

Hi there, same issue here with my powernode n330 and tidal connect. I cannot use tidal connect anymore even if the player is displayed on their app. I also sent a request to Tidal support.

I have the same problem. Bluesound node 2i doesn't appear in Tidal. Works perfectly on Spotify.

Same problem. I submitted request for help over 48 hours ago. I will not be recommending this system to anyone

Bluesound NODE sucks. That's the case. Tidal connect has stopped working normally on Android and on iOS as well.
