Tidal suscritpion problem

I have the Bluesound node model (2022) and I have a problem when using the BluOS application. Indeed, using Tidal, I registered in the application settings, but it systematically gives me an error message: "Tidal subscription not active".
I don't know how to fix this problem and am currently forced to use the Tidal application, which is said to be quite buggy.

In the BluOS App, under Music Services, please log out of TIDAL. Once logged out, select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player. Once it has restarted, please log back into TIDAL using the Music Services menu.
If problems persist, please contact TIDAL to ensure your account is a TIDAL Premium account and in good standing.
