NO SOUND FROM NEW BLUESOUND POWERNODE

hi I got a new powernode product ,everything works wonderfully but the hdmi arc does not emit sound

I turned off and on the TV and also the device I waited a few minutes and nothing helps He recognizes it on TV and in the app but there is no sound
