NAD C700 Discovering Media Servers, Hit & Miss

Sometimes the NAD C700 can find my BRENNANB2 other times NADA, and I have to manually connect it.
Does anyone understand what gives.
I have just told my Network to fix the IP Address of my BRENNANB2 in the hope that this might fix it.
I wonder if it is related to the fact that waking from sleep it forgets it has a USB attached and then a couple of songs played via Amazon and Voila, it discovers that a USB has just been connected. When it has never been removed.
I feel like I am being used as an Alpha Tester. Has this code even been tested for expected functionality, let alone bugs!

SInce I locked the BrennanB2 ip address I have no problems with discovery. Not sure if this was coincidence?
