App on Samsung Galaxy S20 NOT Working

When i use my old phone "OnePlus 2 Android 6.0.1. patchlevel Okt. 2017"  everything is working fine for years now. But with a new Phone the Samsung Galaxy S20 the app never / sometimes work. All units have the latest PatchLevel and the Node 2 is wired to the network to Ubiquiti hardware.  its not safe to work with old software what do i need to change to make it work on S20 please help.

  Try disabling the Lookout Mobile Security that comes preinstalled on newer Samsung devices. For more information, refer to the Lookout Support site.
