LG C9 eARC pass through not working with Powernode (2021)
BeantwortetLG C9 has eARC, however it doesn't seem to be compatible with the new Powernode.
When connected to Powernode and TV sound out set to Auto or Pass Through, there's only a loud screeching noise.
It doesn't happen when the sound out is set to PCM, but that defeats the purpose of eARC, because it starts compressing the audio.

I may have the same / similar issue and add information to it.
I am using an LG C9 with eARC to powernode.
It seems to work well mostly.
There is one annoying issue. When using amazon prime app on to stream video, with sound out to powernode it works good until amazon switches episode. The sound then goes from good sound to screeching vibrating noise. Pressing up / down volume on the tv returns the sound to normal. Would be great if you could help troubleshoot what the issues is. Is it the powernode, the tv or the amazon app? Kindly, Jonathan
