    Hi Laguna,

    If the Bluesound player is connected to your internet using WiFi, make sure it is getting an EXCELLENT signal. I a wired connection is possible, I suggest using that instead.

    If its already using a wired connection but still having issues, please send us support ticket using your BluOS app, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request. This way we can review your diagnostic logs.

    I use a wired connection on all my BlueSound systems... two Pulse 2i's and a C368.

    Sorry, I added this as a resolution. Sometimes Sirius will throw a streaming error and this fixes the issue. It is not the connection but a Sirius issue.

    I would also add that after a power failure, I need to re-enter my Sirius password. This is not an issue with the other music services.
