ANY PROGRESS ON THE BACK UP ISSUE WITH THE VAULT 2'S (not sure if it includes the Vault & Vault 2i's)

Just wondering if there has been any progress on fixing the issue with the Vault's not seeing the back up disc when connected?

  Have you updated your Bluesound VAULT to our most recent released firmware - 3.18.9? if not, I suggest for you to do so.
