I have 2 homes. Can the Powernode 2i be used just as a streamer dac? My other place I would use it as an integrated amp / streamer dac.

  The POWERNODE has no pre-outs. For one location you would want a POWERNODE as an amplifier. In the other location with an existing amplifier, you would want a NODE to use as a streamer. The NODE has an option to bypass its own 24/192 DAC and use an external DAC.
