Very frustrating first step with Node 2021

I just received a BlueSound Node 2021 to connect in lieu of a Yamaha WXC-50. It is exctly the same connection : analog output to an IN100, direct ethernet to the home "box" and power.
I loaded the app on my Iphone and started it.
It recognize the Node and after asking for a name it start looking for a Node"reader update".
After some quite long time it says :" Error updating, please check your Internet connexion. try again later"
I have even updated the firmware manually with a USB key using the information from your web site. It went well but the behavior is still the same.
What can I do to overcome this stupid update step ?

I have escalated your request to our Support Crew - They will be in touch via e-mail to help troubleshoot.
In the meantime, if the LED (light on the player) is blue, you are connected, please kill and relaunch the App. If it is green or flashing green - you are not connected, please unplug the Player for 5 seconds and try again.

Based on your input and as the light was effectively blue , I killed the Iphone app. uninstalled and reinstalled it. It solved everything.
