Frustrating
BeantwortetI bought the Bluesound Pulse Soundbar, sub and surround speakers in December and had a really difficult time connecting them. Called in a wifi expert and after spending $4,000 installed a really efficient mesh router system. But the soundbar still disconnects and the app often tells me I have no fixed home theatre group. I unplug and plug the soundbar and after a few minutes it re-sets then it shows up in the app. I feel like I should have just bought a cheaper system that has controls in the remote or on the soundbar rather than having to depend on an app that keeps blanking out. Is there any planned upgrade to make the app work better and keep the soundbar connected?

The issue you describe sounds very much like network interference... two options for you...
1) Call your WiFi Expert back and tell him you are having Multicast issues
2) Select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can look at what network router settings are blocking multicast traffic.
