    Please power down your external DAC and unplug the NODE from the AC. Remove the USB cable and reattach it. Then power up both devices. If problems persist, do it again, but swap out the cable for a different cable altogether.

    If problems still persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may take a closer look.
