Cannot connect to Bluesound
BeantwortetHello I have been using Bluesound player connected to my hi fi system for about a year and a half without any problems .Until Now
I connect with my iPad and iPhone my iPad pad says it’s connected to player but I cannot access anything I’m just going around in circles can’t acces my music options just says queued can’t access radio don’t know what to do

Sounds like a caching error on your router's internal table - this is not uncommon in many Internet Service Provided stock routers.
Reboot your router - wait 5 minutes - reboot your networking devices including your Bluesound Player and toggle airplane mode on your phone or tablet. Relaunch the App.
If problems persist - please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.

And I cannot access any thing through my phone will or connect in my phone settings all very frustrating
