PowerNode turns itself up

I have a fairly new PowerNode (purchased in December from Richer Sounds in the UK) and since owning the unit it has randomly turned itself up to max volume at least once a week. The unit has the latest firmware installed. The control panel is clean, not damaged etc. 

Will I need to do a warranty claim with Richer Sounds?

  Hi Ed,

  The issue of volume runaway with POWERNODE should not be apparent with our current firmware - 3.16.7.
  
  It could be something else that is causing for your POWERNODE to behave this way.
  
  Using your BluOS app you can send support request. BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request.
