Node 2i unable to connect to network

All working well until unit was turned off and unplugged for a short while. When switched back on the blue light lights continually but my profile in the app had been lost but when I go as directed by the app to wi-fi on my ipad to re-establish a connection, the player doesn’t show up in the list to connect to.
I have been trying every way possible for 3 hours to get it to work (turned on and off several times, uploaded the app again, turned off and unplugged router for 5 minutes, and probably some things I’ve forgotten)…no luck so far…..any ideas.
My head hurts! 😀

Unplug your router, wait 5 minutes, restart your Bluesound Player, wait 5 more minutes, and relaunch the App.
If problems persist or return next time you power down your NODE (which is not necessary) - please e-mail our Support Crew at support@bluesound.com so they can have a closer look as to why the router is preventing traffic from your App to the Player -
Just the same as before.
