    Something does sound off here but our Support Crew will need to take a closer look. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. In the brief description field please enter exactly as typed the following string (lowercase and with the underscores);

    _alldiscovered_ 

    This will send us the log files to all your players so we can check if there is a buffering or timing error.

    Hey Bluesound... it would be super helpful to the community if you all would ACTUALLY post the resolution to a person's problem rather than always mark the question as "Answered" when all you did was direct the individual to an offline support conversation. 

    Even if the solution found for that individual is not ALWAYS the solution, it would help the rest of us to better troubleshoot these matters. I, for example, have all kinds of buggy problems with a system that has been stable for quite some time and am trying to chase it through the various players, pairs, etc. Yes, I have opened a Support Request just like everyone else. And, no, while I do love my speakers, they have been the fiddliest pieces of audio gear I have ever owned and I am especially frustrated with what I perceive to be very poor online self-help options. I want to love you folks, but I just don't think you are being real with yourselves about how much of a problem this is. I am going to cross-post this as a new comment on its own as well in case this gets buried. Many thanks and please review your policies on publishing better information to questions like this one.
