    Hi Gonny

    Check your cables are snug and tight - HDMI cables should be pushed all the way in, optical cables have an audible click. Restart your BluOS Player by selecting Help, Diagnostics. If problems persist or return, have our support crew check your event log by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.
