Bluesound powernode 3ohms?

Hi guys My dilemma is, I have bought my speakers (triangle borea br08 towers) and I was wondering if the powernode could drive them. I'm sure they can but the br08 can dip to 3ohm, so that's why I'm hesitant to buy it. Other than that the powernode seems like the perfect device for my needs. Thanks

  to be safe we do not recommend using it with a 3ohm speaker as it may trigger the protection mode of the amplifier.
