NAD M10 Screen Behavior
BeantwortetHi all,
Does anyone know if you can keep the 'default screen' on all the time? This is the screen that comes up when you interact with the screen - it shows skip back, play/pause, skip forward, a small album art/source icon and the volume wheel.
It's kind of annoying to have to tap to bring up this screen to quickly skip a track or adjust volume.
I'm using this on my desk so maybe not the typical living room setup, but I think this would be useful.
Thanks!

Hi Jason,
Check your device settings, Settings >> Player >> LCD Temporary Display. Set this to OFF and the LCD Display will remain active all the time.
Hope this helps. -
Hey Mark, appreciate the comment!
Maybe I described it poorly. Let's say I'm listening to music through BluOs or Roon. I have the screen set to show album art and text. When I tap the screen, the view changes to show play/pause/track controls, and small album art in the middle, and the volume wheel on the right. I would really love if I could have it stay on this view, instead of going back to the album art + text view.
I find I'm often making small volume adjustments, or skipping a track, so it would be handy to have the controls right there.

Did anyone happen to get this answered. Was wondering if the “default” can stay active instead of switching to a different layout.

Hi Scott
On the front panel of your NAD M10, under Settings (top left), Source Setup, you can change each front panel preference based on your Player's source. Our good friends at support@nadelectronics.com can provide more details here if you need more info.
