    Hi Michael,

    1. Reconfirm that your Bluesound Player and BluOS controller (Windows, macOS, IOS, and/or Android) is on the same network.

    2. Perform complete network restart.

    If the issue persists, send a support request to support@bluesound.com or using the BluOS App – BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request.
