mistake.unable to log in to TIDAL account on bluesound n330

good afternoon. I have a big problem. Since yesterday I can 't log into TIDAL on bluesound n330 . everything works well , I did all the recommendations that I found on the forum here . it doesn 't help . tidal support said that everything is fine with my account. the internet works fine , the problem is that I can 't log into tidal on bluesound n330 . yesterday , for the whole day and a huge number of attempts , I managed to log into tidal , but after a minute I was thrown out again and still does not allow me to log in . I wrote to bluesound tech support from the bluos app . please help .
