Connecting powernode with computer via HDMI

Hi.

I recently bought powernode to use with my computer.

I connected powernode to MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with certified HDMI 2.0, but i could not find audio devices that makes sound... I read some article that if my monitor has built-in speaker, video card audio device may not appear... My computer monitor is LG 27UL650-W. It has built in sound card, and it appears as 'LG HDR 4K' in the audio device list. Monitor is connected to graphics card using DisplayPort.

Could you please tell me how to connect powernode to computer using HDMI?

  Hi Ted,
  
  We strongly advise using HDMI from a TV, as that's the intended use for HDMI on our products that support HDMI.
  
  You may try from a computer, but there's no guarantee this will function in the same manner as from a TV.

  One way to connect your computer to the Bluesound POWERNODE is by using Bluetooth.
