What technical support?
Do you have the worst technical support of any high tech audio company? I think so. I have an original Vault, Three Node 2's, $100k plus of audio equipment, and just cancelled an order for a Vault 2i to replace my original Vault. I have a Node 2 with a constant red, stuck in an upgrade. I tried to download the firmware twice. Never sent to my email. Just par for the course over the years I suffered with your lack of documentation, buggy updates, and subpar high resolution audio outputs for the Vault.
