Help me! My Bluesound Vault 500, alway to factory setting when i reboot device or unplug dc power. It not save, clear all: name device, setting, song index...The error occurred when my device updated the BlueOS to 3.16.5. I tried downgrading the OS to 3.16.1 but it's still the same error!

  I tried to factory reset (hard reset) and it fixed the error!
