Pulse 2i doesn't work
BeantwortetI have two Pulse 2i. One speaker keeps showing the same problem: it does not produce any sound, although the BluOS controller shows the track and also the progress bar. I can also change the volume. In short, the app pretends that everything works, but there is no sound. I had already taken the speaker to the dealer, but he found no fault after extensive testing. After that, it ran perfectly for a few weeks, but now the described behavior starts all over again. Sometimes it helps if I disconnect it briefly from the power and connect it again. But after I have selected another speaker, there's no sound again. I have besides the two Pulse 2i, two Pulse 2i mini and a NAD C658: everything works perfectly. Except for the one Pulse 2i. It seems to be a treacherous electronic error that only appears under certain conditions. I live in France and would prefer to replace the speaker. How to do it in France? Apparently there is no BS branch here.
