Powernode N330 not updating firmware

Hi.

I have the same problem as some others have posted here, neither the 3.16.5 nor the 3.16.7 update works on my Powernode N330.

Solid red light, have left it for several hours, and tried many times.

Power cycle brings it back, but still asks if i want to upgrade.
