Pulse Flex 2i Stereo group problems

I have two new Pulse Flex 2i set in a stereo grouping. The problem is that one speaker plays louder than the other. I use a wlan connection. I had before two Canton Smartbox 3 speKers running in stereo mode without any problem. Besides, the LED lights of one Flex speaker shines brighter than that of he other speaker, in normal as well as dim mode (the LED lights of the "louder" speaker shine less bright then the LED lights of the other speaker). Might be another problem?

  Hi Christian

  There should be no difference in audio output unless an error was made in creating the stereo pair. Please delete and recreate the Stereo Pair FIXED GROUP. If the problem persists please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the Player event logs.

  Thanks a lot for the quick response. I did a reset and new grouping, but the effect persists. I just sent a support request.

  I've just paired a new Pulse Flex with a two year old one and can't get the left /right balance correct. The left /new speaker is much louder and somewhat brighter.
