Windows Controller's Play Queue Drag&Drop doesn't work properly

When I try to change the order of play queue in windows controller application, it doesn't work properly.

• If I drag the 3rd one to the above of the 1st one, it drops to the 2nd.
• If I drag the 3rd one to between 1st and 2nd, it stays same position
• If I drag the 3rd one to the below of the last one, it stays same and the last one goes to the top and the 1st one goes to the bottom.

It's a totally mess! So I always change the order by my android controller. please fix it.

  Thanks for the feedback - we are continuing to chase a long-term issue when grabbing the last song or changing the last song in the queue is not always accurate. That being said I have passed it along to QA for review.
