Cant access audio setting in the BluOS app for my powernode
BeantwortetI've recently added some Mission floor stander speakers to my powernode and its a little bass heavy so I thought I'd adjust in 'audio settings'. When I try and access from my Android phone that the app is on it says "No information available". I've tried it on a couple of Android phones and it's the same.
Anyone any ideas.

HI Brian - Your Player is not communicating with the App.

This refers to players not appearing in the app. This is not the case here, its seeing it fine. The only thing that is not being seen is the 'audio settings'. I've moved it from WiFi to a wired connection and still no luck.

I also have this issue on my NAD C700. App is definitely connecting to the unit as I can control most things, like volume and music. I cannot access any Audio Settings via the app, it suggests "No Information Available" and some things such as 'Dark Mode' or displaying the volume as a percentage don't respond to my toggle changes within the app. This was working fine on a different C700 I have used so I know this is a bug. Any fix for this please?

Well somebody else is having this problem.
My Powernode is now a piece of virtual junk just sitting there for the last 10 months on the stand because of this issue. The bass is just too heavy and I just cant listen to it. I've now gone back to my CD player and portable radio.
Everything I tried to get to audio settings just didn't work, from clearing the router (which then makes a major task of adding all you devices again) etc to resetting everything - it just doesnt work. The only response I got from support is the above article which is not what my problem is....they sent it and then marked it as solved!!!!!
If I sound bitter about this, I am. Complete waste of money.
