    Hi Brian

    Multicast traffic is being blocked on your iPhone - two things to check;

    1) In iOS Settings, check the BluOS App is allowed to use the Local Network

    2) Check your router settings for something called IGMP Proxy or IGMP Broadcast - if it's On, turn it Off, if it's Off turn it On (some router firmware use a double negative here..)

    If problems persist, please, from the Desktop App, select Help, Send Support Request and let us know the make and model of your router and any network repeaters you might have...
