Is google nest mesh wifi compatible with pulse 2i wireless operation?

Want to operate my two pulse 2i and one pulse mini 2i without ethernet cable and think about going for the google nest wifie device (google assistant integrated). Does anyone know whether google nest mesh wifi (router and access point) support the bluesound devices? Read about google nest devic is lacking multicast which seems to be necessary for wireless operation.

Does anyone have experience with other wifi mesh systems which work well together with bluesound devices?
