Connecting Bluesound Node 130 (2021) to My Cloud Expert Series EX2 Ultra
Hello, does the Bluesound Node work with the My Cloud Expert Series EX2 Ultra NAS?
i have added it using "\\(ip of nas)\musicfolder\" and it tells me that it is connected but it never syncs the files that are on the NAS.
Help is much appreciated.

If you are sure your Node is connected to your share, Help - Send Support Request.
Known issues: Large artwork, erratic tags, file or folder names, etc. -
What do you mean by share? NAS and Node are in the same network and i have made the music folder on the node accessible for everyone in the network. I even created a new profile in the NAS Admin Panel, added access for the music folder (on the nas) to that profile and used the credentials when trying to connect via bluesound software (pc) or app.

If it tells you that it is connected it will start indexing the files.
If something is "wrong" with your files/tags/artwork the indexing will be going in a loop or just stop.
Due to the lack of log/error messages I strongly suggest "Help, Send Supprt Request".0
