Bluesound Duplicating Tracks
BeantwortetI have a Node2i connected to a recently purchased Synology NAS. The majority of album tracks are being duplicated after indexing. BluOS is connected via a manually a entered network share UNC path. I have tried removing the share and reindexing but the problem persists. There are a small number of albums not duplicated but there is nothing to indicate why. Duplicated album data consists of tagged FLAC files or raw WAV files. Please advise how to troubleshoot this further.

If files are being duplicated, it is because there are two copies of the file or you have mounted the NAS Twice.
Here are some tips on how to locate those duplicate files; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000218187

BluOS will never duplicate as long as you are doing a "rebuild index".
Duplicating can/will happen if you move/change files and doing a "reindex".
Removing share and add it again will do the same as "rebuild index" and start with a empty database. Since you already did that, most likely you actually have duplicates, or your tags are wrong/incomplete.0 -
I located the dupicate files. Looking at the path in Technical Info provided the answer. There were files in the recycle bin folder on the NAS. Removed them and Rebuilt Index to fix the problem.
Thanks
