Very slow scrolling on iPhone, IOS App v 4.16.4
BeantwortetAfter the latest BS iOS App update, the scrolling quality is really degraded. It seems to be able to only show one or a few screens of songs or albums, and then freezes until it can reload. Its really annoying. It seems worst when displaying Albums and is the same whether it is displaying as a list or grid. Sometimes the scroll bar on the side is white for the full height of the screen, and sometimes it disappears altogether and the screen freezes for five or eight seconds.
It remains remarkable that we can't choose to sort songs, artists or albums by name or artist or date added and now the scrolling is a big step back in responsiveness.
iPhone 12 and this was happening on last iOS 26 version and now on 27.0.1.
The library is not large: less than 250 albums. Bluesound Amp and NAD M32 with BluOS board, both hardwired to ethernet. iOS App v 4.16.4 and BluOS 4.16.22.
Anybody else seeing this behaviour?
Thanks

This is not normal behaviour.
If not already done so, reboot your Router and swipe away (close) all your apps on your iPhone and the power cycle your iPhone and Bluesound device.
If this does not help then use the BluOs App to submit a support ticket, this sends the logs to Bluesound.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. I'll try the complete reboot and see what happens.

To follow up, I turned everything off; all devices with any connection to the Bluesound devices, the powernode and the M32 and restarted the router. No real change in the freezing of the scrolling.
Same behaviour on iPhone 12 pro and M3 iPad Air. I know that album or song art takes some time to load, but it should not freeze the screen so that there is no response to a finger swipe up or down.
If no one else has this issue, then I guess it's just me and mine, but its another mark against the system for me.

Immediately after a freeze or slow scrolling use the BluOS App to send a support request, this sends the logs for further examination. Your issue as previously said is not normal and quite possible a network issue that requires your router settings looking at.

OK, I'll send a report.
