Volume soundbar and Pulse Flex not in sync
I have a Bluesound Pulse soundbar2i and 2 Pulse Flex2i speakers.
My configuration is as follows: The two Flex speakers as a stereo pair and grouped with the sounbar. As soon as I want to control the volume with the remote control of the television + or - the volume levels of the Flex speakers are not in sync with the sounbar.
If I control the volume with the APP the volumes are nicely in sync.
If I put the Flex and Sounbar in stereo surround mode the volume levels are in sync when using the TV remote control.
How can I solve this problem or do I need a firmware update?

Hi Seppi,
The problem with the home theater group is:
When we are watching a talkshow the voice volume is very low. When there is music in the a talkshow we have a very loud music volume.
My point is that the home theater group voice volume and other sounds are NOT on the same level it's very annoying.0 -
Hi Edwin
That is because, with a Home Theatre Group, you are receiving a true Dolby Mix from your TV. Dolby content is very different than two-channel content and often mixed 6-12db quieter. Depending on the model of your SOUNDBAR, check your Audio Settings in the App and see if you can enable Enhanced Dialogue to help with this.

Enhanced Dialogue was tested but not the result what I expected.
