Giving up on Apple Music, for now

Spotify integrates wonderfully with Bluesound using Spotify Connect. Apple Airplay 2 in comparison is a buggy kludge that uses up my phone’s battery. When and if Apple makes something similar, an “Apple Connect” that doesn’t stream from the phone, I’ll be back. Love my Bluesound players in general. Mostly I prefer to just let Roon play random tracks from the local share. I think I’m at the point where function definitely matters more than ultimate sound quality. I’ll keep using Bandcamp for occasional vinyl and digital purchases for artists I really like.
