Upgrade leaves Bluesound player unusable
Was prompted on Bluesound Android app to download updated software. Upon selecting yes, my Bluesound player has a steady ready light, is unusable, and the app cannot find the player. Please advise.

Since the update yesterday my players keep quitting after a while and are not to be found in my WLAN anymore. Need to be unplugged before they can be used again, and after a while they quit playing again. This is so annoying, it MUST be fixed. I got two PULSE Flex 2i.

Sounds like your network router cache has some bad entries - this happens from time to time. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your players wait 5 minutes and then you should be good. If problems persist after that, please e-mail support@bluesound.com so we may troubleshoot further.
