Unable to connect headphones to Powernode via bluetooth since update 13.16.1
BeantwortetTried connecting my Sony WH1000xm3's to Powernode via bluetooth today and was unsuccessful. First time this has happened. Deleted Bluesound MacOS and re-installed, and still no go. Bluesound player "sees" my headphones, but I can neither connect, nor "forget" them. It goes through the motions, ie, the spinning refresh icon, but to no avail.

I'm adding this bit of info to help. I was able to connect my WH1000xm3's to Powernode using Bluesound iOS from my iPhone 8. I was also able to "forget" one device that I didn't recognize in the list. So, this really does point to Bluesound MacOS as a probable bug.

Thanks for the feedback Thomas. Glad to hear you got it working using the BluOS App for iOS. I have passed this feedback along to our QA team to investigate further.

Same problem with the Windows App. Connect and forget does not work. Only the iOS App works.

Hi Karl
Our QA team was able to replicate this using the Windows App and hopes to publish an App update in the very near future to resolve this.
