Pulse dead?

My Pulse P300 (Gen 1?) was working fine listening to Spotify when it turned off by itself. I have no lights at all on the control panel and there is just a metronomic beat coming from the speaker.  The Pulse is no longer recognized in either the Bluesound app or Wndows controller.  When I unplug the power, the beat sound continues and slows down for about 5 seconds and then stops.

I have tried a number of times to leave the power off for hours and when I reconnect, I have same problem as above.

Please advise

  Please reach out to support@bluesound.com with the serial number of your player (to confirm the model) so they may look into this further.
