Tag edits not showing when viewing shared drive

I have used MP3Tag to start correcting some data after ripping CDs to my Vault 2i.  The particular example is changing The River (Disc1) and The River (Disc2) to a single album adding data in the Discnumber field.  I have re-indexed and viewing my Vault through the iPad app The River now shows as one album.  However, when I view the Vault through File Explorer it still shows 2 folders, The River (Disc1) and The River (Disc2).  Is this correct ?

  If the physical tracks are still in their original folders then yes this is correct as you are browsing by folder and not any of the metadata tags. Bluesound makes no changes to any of your music.
