New Vault - How to mass delete

I recently purchased a Vault 2i on eBay and would like to know if there is a way to mass delete the music on it. The person I bought it from had some terrible taste and I would like to wipe it clean, before adding my own music to it. Is there a way to do this? I know I have to do it from a computer. Thanks in advance for any help.
