BluOS App and Qobuz song catalog loading performance

Hi guys,

Hope I'm in the right place.
I would like to know if someone else have the issue as I do.
When in BluOS App on either Windows, MacOS, iPadOS, iOS,..., I'm trying to open Genres, Recommended Playlists, Popular Albums etc. from the menu. Firstly, it loads in about 30 seconds and sometime it just says "No Content". Then I go back to main menu and enter again, and now it shows appropriate sub-category. This is happening very often, especially on Windows app.

I can confirm that network is not an issue since I have stable 500 Mbps optical network and two Pulse Flex 2i speakers are connected over LAN cable.

I have noticed that the slowes load (in some cases no load) is mostly on Qobuz, where I have Studio subscription. Recently Tidal got faster and now loads albums correctly.

So basically I have a problem with Qobuz service on BluOS app.

  Thanks for a fast answer.
  In my home network I have Linksys router which is connected to ISP router and optical converter on 192.168.1.2.
  Linksys has the following:

  IPv4:
  DNS1:192.168.1.1
  DNS2:192.168.1.1
  DNS3:

  Speakers are connected to the Linksys over UTP cable and they are (I don't know why) limited to 10/100 Mbps speed. Their MAC and IP addresses are:
  - Bluesound_LH: 90:56:82:60:8E:F0 , 10.241.1.217
  - Bluesound_RH: 90:56:82:60:81:DA , 10.241.1.253

  I'm  not sure if this covers your question, but please feel free to ask for other info.

  By your response I guess that could be the issue :)
  Just to make sure, on ISP router I have only connected Linksys router.
  If you think that would solve the problem, I can connect speakers directly to ISP router?

  Regarding your question, yes, I have access to the ISP supplied router.

  Now it works like a charm, with blazing speed.
  Indeed when I changed DNS to advised, BluOS app came to life.
