    Hi Kalle

When we see this, it is often caused by a corrupted or out-of-date DNS Server entry in your router...

Please try rebooting your router, wait 5 minutes, and then in the BluOS App, select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot Player to restart the Bluesound Player. Finally kill the Spotify app on your phone, place the phone in Airplane mode for 10 seconds, then relaunch the App.

This should resolve the issue once and for all. If it does return or persist, however, please send us a copy of the system log of your Player by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App and our Support Crew will take a closer look.

    Did you solve it?
I have same issue and am tired of resetting my node2i every week and then need to reprogram presets and my remote. even thinking about buying some other streamer.

It seems the problem was in my old router. I didn't have any problems after replacing the router with newer model.

And again my device does not show any longer in Spotify connect.

the modem reset worked 7 days.

I am getting realy dissointed and even angry, this is no longer an option.

can bluesound fix my problem or do I need to buy another streamer?

any afdvice on what to buy? I hear good things about the lindemann limetree network.

Please work with your ISP or router manufacturer - consider using a DHCP reservation for your Player. This can be set in your Router User Interface. Many older ISP Routers limit only 10 devices on your network at a time before things get a little shaky. Many of these same ISP companies offer free upgrades to your network router to avoid support calls to them regarding our larger dependence on IoT or Smart Products.
