no cover art showing from local Library

Hi,

I am using NAD C658. Library files are on NAS.

A couple days ago on one android phone there was no cover art showing. 

Did a RELOAD ARTWORK and REINDEX to no avail.

Today on a PC there is no more cover art.  I think this should be available all the time on all devices.

Any clues? could this be related to my network, and if so, how to avoid?

  Hi Paul

  In the Help, Diagnostics page of the App, please select Rebuild Index. Once complete, you may have to Reload Artwork.

  This option differs fro the standard Reindex as it will purge the existing Local Library and rebuild it as new rather than just append the existing Library
